How to reach us
Email hello@colmarwinetours.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.
We are a booking guide, not a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. That goes to the operator through the platform you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
If your tour was cancelled or you missed it
A refund or a new date is the operator's to give. Your confirmation email carries their contact and your booking reference, which is the fastest route. Every tour here refunds in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start.
Corrections
If a fact here is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. Estate calendars change with the season, kerbs move, and the fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.

Musée Unterlinden
Place Unterlinden, 68000 Colmar; telephone +33 (0)3 89 20 15 50. Open Wednesday to Monday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, with last entry at 5:30pm, and closed on Tuesdays. Its own site, musee-unterlinden.com, carries the current prices.
Musée Bartholdi
30 rue des Marchands, 68000 Colmar, in the sculptor's birthplace. Open Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00am to 12:00pm and 2:00pm to 6:00pm, closed on Mondays. It publishes its own admission at musee-bartholdi.fr.
Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg
It answers for its own prices, opening hours and the line 500 shuttle from Sélestat station, and publishes them at haut-koenigsbourg.fr. Last entry is an hour before closing.
The wine, the fair and the markets
The CIVA, the Alsace wine council, publishes the appellations, the grapes and the grand crus at vinsalsace.com. The Foire aux Vins publishes its dates at foire-colmar.com, and the Christmas markets theirs at noel-colmar.com. We do not print the Colmar tourist office's address because we have not verified it.
The estates
Each grower answers for its own visits, prices and calendar. Book and ask on the estate's own website.
